# Studio Sidera

> Studio Sidera is a Toronto design studio for corporate events and gifting, founded and led by Fatemeh Azadbakht, Founder and Creative Director. It designs event branding, promotional materials and personalized gifts for organizations across the Greater Toronto Area and Canada, then manages production and delivery. History: the studio began in 2010 as H&S Graphic and Design Inc. and works today under the name Studio Sidera, with the same founder.
Name: Sidera is Latin for the stars. Say it SID-er-uh. In Farsi: سیدرا.
Founder: Fatemeh Azadbakht, senior product and visual designer with fifteen years of work for financial, insurance, enterprise and public-sector clients. Trained at Humber College and OCAD University.

- Where are you based, and do you deliver across Canada? We are based in Toronto, Ontario, and work with organizations across the Greater Toronto Area. Pieces can be delivered to offices, venues and homes across Canada.
- How is Studio Sidera different from a promotional products company? A promotional products company sells items with a logo on them. We design first: an identity for your event, artwork made for each piece, and names and sizes checked for every person, then we manage production and delivery.
- Who do you work with? Companies, institutions and non-profits across the Greater Toronto Area and Canada. Usually HR, people and culture, marketing and executive offices who want event branding, promotional materials or corporate gifts handled from start to finish.
- Is there a minimum order? No. Choose any piece in any quantity, from three crystal awards to forty mugs. Orders of 50 or more get a physical sample before production.
- How long does it take? Most orders arrive two to three weeks after artwork approval. For mid-December events, approve your artwork by November 21 to have everything in hand by December 12.
- How is a project priced? Every project is quoted for your organization, based on your numbers, your date and how you would like it delivered. You receive a written proposal within two business days.
- Can you work within our brand guidelines? Yes. We design within your logo, colours and fonts, or create an event identity that sits alongside them.
- Can you deliver to each person's home? Yes. Pieces can go to your office or venue, or to each person's home with a printed note.
- Do your gifts fit the CRA limit for employee gifts? Most of our gifts and packages fit within the CRA's $500 annual limit for tax-free, non-cash employee gifts. Your accountant can confirm the details for your organization.
- How long does an order take? Most orders arrive two to three weeks after artwork approval. For mid-December events, approve your artwork by November 21 to have everything in hand by December 12.
- Can you make something that is not on this page? Yes. If it can carry a design, we can make it: aprons, socks, backpacks, blankets, calendars, packaging and much more. Tell us what you have in mind.
- Can each person choose their own size and colour? Yes. Each person picks their size and colour through a private form the studio manages, and every name is checked against your list.
- Can you deliver to people's homes? Yes. Pieces can be delivered to your office or venue, or to each person's home with a printed note.
- Where are the pieces made? Pieces are made in the Greater Toronto Area when quality and availability allow, and by trusted specialists when they do it better.
