The brief
Silk Road celebrates the cultures along the historic trade route through music, dance and art. The identity had to honour many traditions without ranking them, scale from a pocket program to a stage backdrop, and survive six weeks of production with several vendors working at once.
- 01
Principles before pictures
Three ideas from the Silk Road story guided every decision: flow for movement and exchange, connection for the network between cultures, and layered motifs for traditions blending.
- 02
A system, not a poster
Curved flow forms, network lines and layered pattern combine in any format, so the brand held together on banners, signage, social media, sponsor pieces and the stage.
- 03
Ready for vendors
Production-ready files and simple usage notes let every partner produce their pieces without breaking the look.
